DESCRIPTION

KiNRG is a pre-revenue, development-stage energy company developing HydroThermal Reactors (HTRs) to generate continuous, zero-carbon electricity. HTRs are hollow downdraft towers that spray water into hot, dry air at the top of the tower, cooling the air to create strong downdrafts that spin turbines in ground-level wind tunnels. KiNRG is developing two tower models: a large HTR designed to power green hydrogen production facilities in hot, arid climates, and a smaller modular HTR designed to deliver continuous baseload power to AI data centers across varied climates. The company targets utilities, independent power producers, hydrogen producers, and data center operators. KiNRG plans to finance individual projects through long-term power purchase agreements with energy buyers. Its business model includes generating revenue from project development and management fees, patent and technology licensing fees, ownership stakes in individual projects, and direct power sales, including behind-the-meter electricity delivery to co-located industrial facilities. KiNRG also plans to develop multi-facility energy compounds that co-locate its towers with major power consumers. KiNRG has not yet built a commercial facility or secured project sites and financing.
