DESCRIPTION

World Health Energy Holdings (WHEN) is a small, early-stage company operating in two businesses: cybersecurity software and mobile telecommunications in Europe. WHEN's core cybersecurity business, developed through its Israeli subsidiary RNA Ltd., centers on OTOGRAPH, a B2B platform that uses machine learning to monitor behavioral patterns across corporate networks and devices — PCs, mobile phones, servers, and IoT — to detect insider threats, data breaches, and external intrusions. WHEN also offers a B2C parental monitoring tool that uses similar behavioral analysis to flag risks like cyberbullying or predatory contact. In addition, WHEN holds a ~51% stake in CrossMobile, a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) in Poland that leases network capacity from traditional carriers to resell mobile services, currently serving around 7,000 pre-paid subscribers. WHEN's stated strategy is to bundle its cybersecurity products with CrossMobile's mobile services into a combined offering. The company sells cybersecurity products through channel partners and CrossMobile through direct sales. WHEN's intended business model combines recurring software licensing fees from enterprise and consumer cybersecurity customers with pre-paid mobile subscription revenue. In practice, the company has generated minimal commercial revenue from either segment and is pre-commercial at scale. WHEN is funded almost entirely through equity investment from a company director, has accumulated losses of approximately $27.7M, and carries a going concern qualification from its auditors.
