Investview is a small, diversified company with four business units. The core business is Conectiv (formerly iGenius), a direct-to-consumer financial education platform that sells tiered memberships giving retail consumers access to financial education content, third-party trade alerts, and tools for budgeting, debt reduction, and tax management. Conectiv sells through a network of independent distributors in a multi-level direct selling model, where distributors earn commissions on new enrollments, upgrades, and renewals within their downline. The second business is SAFETek, which mines Bitcoin using owned ASIC hardware hosted at a data center in Northern Europe powered by renewable energy. SAFETek operates 1,920 miners with a deployed hash rate of 0.183 EH/s, and uses mined Bitcoin to cover operating costs, hold as a reserve asset, or fund distributor compensation. The third business is myLife Wellness, acquired in late 2024, which manufactures and sells OTC health, beauty, nutrition, and wellness products through its own e-commerce platform, the Conectiv distributor network, and through contract manufacturing for third parties. The fourth business is Opencash, a pre-revenue commission-free retail brokerage for stocks, ETFs, and options that is targeting a launch in Q2 2026. Investview's overarching strategy is to use Conectiv's distributor network as a shared distribution channel across its other business units, particularly for myLife Wellness products, to reduce customer acquisition costs.
