Viewbix is a small Israeli holding company with three business units: a digital advertising platform, a quantum technology unit, and an AI writing tool. Digital advertising, run through subsidiary Gix Media, is the only revenue-generating segment today. Gix Media's Search Platform works by distributing free browser add-ons and desktop apps — file converters, video players, background changers — that, when downloaded, route users' searches to partner search engines like Yahoo and Bing. Those search engines share a portion of the resulting ad revenue with Gix Media, typically 70–80% of attributed revenue. Gix Media runs two models: a direct model where it owns and distributes the software (roughly 98% of revenue in FY25), and an indirect model where it integrates tools into third-party software and splits the revenue with those partners. Gix Media also runs a "Search to Search" arbitrage, buying search ad inventory on one engine and monetizing it through another, profiting from the spread. Revenue is highly concentrated — a single unnamed search engine customer accounts for over 80% of Gix Media's revenue. Beyond digital advertising, Viewbix acquired Quantum X Labs in early 2026, an early-stage Israeli quantum technology hub with six portfolio companies in quantum computing, navigation, security, and sensing; it is pre-revenue. Viewbix also owns Metagramm, a two-person operation that sells an AI writing tool called Bubbl on a subscription basis. Viewbix's broader strategy is to use its public company status to acquire stakes in early-stage technology companies, pivoting away from its reliance on digital advertising.
