DESCRIPTION

Patrick Industries manufactures and distributes building components and products for the RV, marine, powersports, manufactured housing, and industrial markets. Patrick does not make finished products like RVs or boats — it makes the interior and structural components that go into them, selling to OEMs who assemble the final products. Its product portfolio covers nearly everything inside a recreational vehicle or manufactured home: wall and ceiling panels, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, furniture, wiring harnesses, electrical systems, lighting, audio, windows, doors, and more. Patrick operates through two segments: Manufacturing (~74% of revenue), which fabricates components across roughly 191 plants in 25 states, and Distribution (~26% of revenue), which warehouses and distributes commodity building products like drywall, lumber, and siding. By end market, RV is the largest at ~45% of revenue, followed by manufactured housing at ~17%, marine at ~15%, industrial at ~13%, and powersports at ~10%. Thor Industries and Forest River together account for ~28% of total revenue. Patrick's revenue is driven by OEM production volumes and content per unit — how much Patrick product goes into each unit built. Patrick grows content per unit by winning new product categories, bundling components into integrated assemblies, and acquiring businesses that add new categories. Patrick also sells into the aftermarket through its RecPro e-commerce platform, which represented ~10% of revenue in 2025 and carries higher margins than the OEM business.
