DESCRIPTION

Air T is a holding company with a portfolio of aviation-related operating businesses across air cargo, aircraft parts, ground equipment, and regional airline services. The company's largest segment is overnight air cargo, where subsidiaries Mountain Air Cargo and CSA Air serve as contract feeder carriers for FedEx. Under dry-lease arrangements, FedEx provides the aircraft while Air T provides the flight crews and operational control in exchange for monthly administrative fees and cost reimbursements. The commercial aircraft, engines, and parts segment trades, leases, and disassembles narrow-body aircraft engines, primarily the CFM56 and V2500 models. Air T also manufactures aircraft deicers and ground support equipment for commercial and military customers. In December 2025, the company expanded its operations by acquiring Rex, a regional airline in Australia that provides scheduled passenger and freight services. Air T's digital solutions businesses offer subscription-based air cargo data and enterprise software for the aviation aftermarket. As a diversified acquisition vehicle, Air T focuses on compounding free cash flow by allocating capital toward organic growth, minority investments, and M&A. The company is also developing an aviation asset management platform to manage third-party capital for aircraft and engine leasing programs.
