U.S. Gold Corp. is a pre-revenue mining development and exploration company focused on advancing its flagship CK Gold Project — a proposed open-pit copper-gold-silver mine located roughly 20 miles west of Cheyenne, Wyoming — toward production. The CK Gold Project holds estimated reserves of approximately 1.02M oz of gold, 259.7M lbs of copper, and 3.0M oz of silver in a porphyry-style deposit. Ore would be processed via froth flotation to produce a copper concentrate containing gold and silver, which would then be shipped to a smelter. A February 2025 prefeasibility study projects roughly 111,250 gold-equivalent oz per year over a 10-year mine life at an all-in sustaining cost of $937/AuEq oz, with initial capital of approximately $277M. Key permits have been secured, including a Mine Operating Permit from Wyoming's DEQ and an Industrial Siting Permit, and U.S. Gold Corp. is targeting completion of a full feasibility study by end of 2025. The company also holds two early-stage exploration properties in Nevada and Idaho, but neither has defined reserves. Until production begins, U.S. Gold Corp. funds operations through equity issuances, and has not yet begun capitalizing development costs. The ultimate path forward is either developing CK Gold into an operating mine or attracting a strategic partner or acquirer.
