DESCRIPTION

Sinda is a pre-revenue silver exploration company focused on developing the Sinda Property in Mexico’s Guanajuato Mining District. The company holds rights to several mining concessions containing a large-scale, high-grade silver-gold discovery. As an exploration-stage firm, Sinda has no mineral reserves and does not produce metals. The property contains low-sulfidation epithermal vein systems with mineralization sitting deep below the surface. Sinda’s business model involves raising equity capital to fund drilling, resource delineation, and economic studies, with the goal of permitting and building an underground mine. The company plans to produce silver-bearing concentrate for sale to smelters. Its strategy relies on surface and underground drilling to upgrade inferred resources to higher confidence levels and explore identified but untested veins. Sinda is also developing an underground decline ramp to facilitate more efficient drilling at depth. Reaching production requires converting inferred resources to reserves and securing substantial financing for mine construction. Sinda is a controlled company, with Electrum holding the majority of voting power, and management targets initial production by 2031.
