LiPower designs, manufactures, and sells portable and residential energy storage systems, including rechargeable battery power stations used for outdoor recreation, emergency home backup, and off-grid power. The company also produces commercial and industrial energy storage systems, solar-integrated storage units, and core power electronics such as Battery Management Systems (BMS) and inverter boards. LiPower operates primarily as an OEM/ODM contract manufacturer, designing and producing hardware for overseas brand partners who sell the products under their own brand names. LiPower exports nearly all of its products to international markets, including the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia. Through its subsidiary partnership, Wattlabs Int'l, LiPower is also expanding direct distribution into major retail chains across North America and Australia. LiPower's strategy focuses on developing proprietary solid-state battery technology and expanding into grid-scale energy storage, consumer electronics batteries, and technology licensing.
