DESCRIPTION

GreenVector manufactures eco-friendly construction materials in Hong Kong using recycled glass and construction waste. The company’s core product line includes eco-glass paving blocks, air pollutant removal blocks, and carbonated materials produced using carbon capture utilization technology. GreenVector sells these materials directly to major construction firms for use in projects requiring sustainable or low-carbon inputs. While the company previously relied on an affiliate distributor for most of its revenue, it recently transitioned to a direct sales model to manage customer relationships directly. GreenVector operates a single manufacturing facility in Tuen Mun and sources raw materials, including recycled aggregates and portland cement, from a concentrated group of suppliers on a project-by-project basis without long-term contracts. This model makes GreenVector sensitive to fluctuations in construction demand and input pricing. The company’s growth strategy focuses on expanding production capacity and pursuing M&A to acquire and revitalize underperforming precast concrete plants in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia through technology and automation. GreenVector also conducts R&D with university partners to develop new proprietary low-carbon materials. Founders Dixon Chan and Terence Wong retain majority voting control of the company.
