DESCRIPTION

The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) is the world's largest ice cream company by revenue, spun out of Unilever and listed independently in December 2025. TMICC makes and sells ice cream across a broad range of formats — handheld bars, cones, tubs, sticks, and bites — through retail, convenience, foodservice, and e-commerce channels globally. The brand portfolio spans four tiers: Magnum (premium handheld bars), Ben & Jerry's (premium tubs), Cornetto (cones), and Heartbrand (an umbrella of local mass-market brands including Good Humor, Wall's, and Solero). TMICC also owns Yasso, a high-protein frozen Greek yogurt brand growing in the U.S. The company sells through supermarkets, value and club channels, e-commerce, and away-from-home venues, supported by a network of ~3 million company-owned freezer cabinets placed in outlets globally. This cabinet fleet secures shelf space and acts as a structural barrier to competitors. TMICC operates through three geographic segments — Europe/Australia/New Zealand, EMEA, and Americas — with the U.S. as its single largest market and emerging markets like India, Pakistan, and Indonesia as key growth targets. Profitability is driven by volume, premium mix, selective pricing, and a €500M productivity program, of which €250M has been delivered. The business is highly seasonal, with most revenue generated in Q2 and Q3. TMICC is currently operating under a transitional services agreement with Unilever through end-2027 as it completes its separation.
