DESCRIPTION

Regenique Group operates a chain of five medical aesthetics clinics in Singapore under the ClearSK brand. The clinics offer non-surgical, minimally invasive treatments for skin, face, body, and hair concerns, administered by licensed doctors. Regenique offers two treatment categories: medi-aesthetics (roughly 57–65% of revenue), which includes laser treatments, botox, dermal fillers, radiofrequency and HIFU skin tightening, and body contouring; and bio-regenerative treatments (roughly 35–43% of revenue), which use biological ingredients such as plant-based exosomes, stem cells, and polynucleotides to stimulate skin regeneration. Bio-regenerative treatments carry higher margins and require less material input, and Regenique's strategy is to shift its mix toward these over time. Customers pay per session or purchase prepaid packages, with roughly 80% of revenue coming from repeat customers. Labor costs are the single largest expense, representing over 40% of revenue. Regenique's growth strategy centers on two areas: expanding its bio-regenerative offering through an exclusive 10-year APAC license on Supergenics' stem cell patents, and opening new clinics in Southeast Asian markets including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The company's first product under the Supergenics license, an exosome serum called ShineExo, received Singapore regulatory approval in December 2024. Regenique raised roughly US$5.6M in its IPO, allocating roughly half to new clinic expansion and joint ventures.
