DESCRIPTION

Farlong Holding Corporation sells herbal dietary supplements in the U.S. through its subsidiary Longstar Healthpro. Farlong's proprietary BioPrecision line consists of 16 plant-based formulations derived from botanical extracts — including Panax notoginseng and Erigeron breviscapus — marketed for cardiovascular health, cognitive function, blood sugar management, joint support, and digestive health. These formulations are sold under multiple consumer and practitioner brand labels, including Best Doctor Formula, Dr. Herbal Well, and ZEN Life Herb. Farlong does not manufacture; it develops formulations and sources finished goods from contract manufacturers, primarily in China, then ships to customers via a third-party logistics provider with three U.S. warehouses. Farlong sells to three customer groups: healthcare providers (integrative medicine practitioners, acupuncturists, nutritionists), end consumers via Amazon, TikTok, and Walmart.com, and OEM white-label partners. In May 2025, Farlong launched DirecTCM, a digital platform for practitioners to browse Farlong's catalog and place patient orders. As of late 2025, DirecTCM had roughly 30,000 pre-registered providers but only 108 active users, and revenue through the platform remains negligible. Farlong's growth strategy centers on expanding DirecTCM's practitioner base and phasing out legacy products in favor of the BioPrecision line. The company is not profitable, has carried recurring operating losses since 2022, and has been funded primarily through loans from its controlling shareholder.
