DESCRIPTION

SWOL Holdings is an early-stage premium tequila brand built around a single product line: SWOL Tequila, an Añejo tequila produced in limited batches of 10,000 bottles by Mexican distillery Casa Cava de Oro in Jalisco. SWOL offers three variants — SWOL Añejo ($89.99 MSRP), SWOL Cristalino ($79.99), and SWOL Peach ($79.99) — each featuring a peel-off, sew-on patch as a branding element. SWOL is purely a brand and marketing company; it does not produce, import, or distribute tequila directly. When SWOL receives a purchase order from a distributor, it places a corresponding production order with Casa Cava de Oro, then coordinates with licensed third-party importers to handle customs and delivery. Distribution is narrow: in the U.S., Country Wine & Spirits, a southern California retailer, is the primary customer with a minimum annual purchase commitment; in Canada, Of The Earth Distribution has approval to sell to licensed bars and restaurants in Ontario. SWOL's revenue scales with bottles sold at wholesale prices to distributors, with retail pricing in the $79.99–$89.99 range. The company operates on a purchase order-driven model, limiting inventory risk, though minimum batch sizes of 10,000 bottles mean unsold inventory is stored at the distillery at SWOL's expense. SWOL plans to use the bulk of its IPO proceeds on marketing, influencer campaigns, and retail expansion beyond California, while also adding Reposado and Blanco expressions to its product lineup.
