KTech is a toy product development solutions provider operating through its Hong Kong subsidiary, K-Mark Technology. KTech serves brand-owner customers — primarily based in the U.S. and Europe — who bring product concepts and specifications to KTech, which then handles the full development lifecycle: design, 3D modeling, prototyping, testing, production management, quality control, and after-sales support. The finished toys are sold under the customers' own brands through their own channels. KTech specializes in infant and pre-school educational toys and learning kits. KTech operates as an asset-light intermediary — it does not own a factory, outsourcing virtually all manufacturing to a single China-based supplier, Fully Starise, which accounts for roughly 85% of cost of goods sold. KTech has a four-year supply agreement with Fully Starise to secure stable supply. KTech's revenue model is project-based and cost-plus: for each project, KTech assesses specifications, costs out design and production, and quotes a price to the customer. With just 19 employees working out of a small Hong Kong office, fixed costs are low. The business is heavily concentrated — four customers account for roughly 80% of revenue, and the U.S. generates approximately 69% of revenue. Revenue is also seasonal, peaking from June to August as customers build holiday inventory. KTech's primary growth initiative is to establish its own assembly operations, potentially in Vietnam or another Southeast Asian country, to reduce reliance on Fully Starise. KTech completed a Nasdaq IPO in July 2025, raising approximately $4.49M in gross proceeds.
