DESCRIPTION

Sibo is a Cayman Islands holding company whose sole operating subsidiary is StormHarbour Securities (Hong Kong), a Hong Kong-based financial advisory firm licensed by the HKSFC. StormHarbour HK's core business is capital markets advisory — acting as an introducing broker and financial advisor for private debt and private equity financing transactions. In practice, StormHarbour HK helps clients find lenders or investors, structures the financing, and facilitates deal execution, earning a success fee of typically 1%–3% of transaction proceeds when a deal closes. Clients are primarily institutional — asset managers, hedge funds, private equity funds, banks, family offices, and corporates — and are served through senior bankers who maintain direct relationships. Nearly all current revenue is generated in Hong Kong, with a focus on real estate-related loan structuring deals. StormHarbour HK operates an asset-light model, deploying no proprietary capital. Revenue is entirely project-based and non-recurring, making results highly volatile period-to-period. A small number of clients account for the vast majority of revenue in any given period. StormHarbour HK also operates a nascent asset management segment anchored by a small ESG-focused hedge fund, but this segment has generated no fee revenue and is currently immaterial. Growth plans include launching new funds, building a carbon credit brokerage desk, and investing in deal-sourcing technology, all of which remain early-stage.
