VisionWave is an early-stage defense technology company developing AI-powered autonomous systems for military and homeland security customers. Its core products span counter-drone systems, unmanned aerial and ground vehicles, radars, remote weapon stations, and active protection systems — covering air, ground, and sea environments. The company's central technology is its proprietary AI engine, called EI™, designed for on-device decision-making in GPS-denied or bandwidth-limited environments. EI™ is intended to serve as a common autonomy layer across all product lines, enabling real-time sensor fusion, perception, and control without relying on remote connectivity. VisionWave's target customers are the U.S. Army, NATO members, and Ministries of Defense in Israel and India. VisionWave sells directly to governments and contractors, and also pursues technology licensing and co-development partnerships. In practice, the company has generated only minimal revenue, with most products still at the prototype or pilot-testing stage. VisionWave completed a SPAC merger in July 2025 to access public capital markets, and also secured a $50M equity purchase facility and $5M in convertible advances. Near-term, VisionWave is focused on winning U.S. Army counter-drone proposals, advancing a potential 10-year agreement with India's Ministry of Defense, progressing a border security deployment with Israel, and closing its planned acquisition of Solar Drone, an Israeli defense company.
