DESCRIPTION

Neo Aeronautics is a Singapore-based early-stage company developing three types of VTOL aerial vehicles, with commercialization targeted for 2027. The company operates through its Singapore subsidiary, Neo Aeronautics Pte Ltd, and conducts all R&D there, outsourcing manufacturing to third-party suppliers. Neo Aeronautics is developing the Crimson PAV, a single-seat manned electric VTOL for sports and recreation; the Pegasus LAV, an unmanned heavy-payload drone for industrial logistics, agriculture, maritime, and mining applications; and the SeaArcher CAV, a customized unmanned VTOL for specialized government and large commercial customers. Each product line runs a different business model: the PAV operates as a membership service through "Crimson Clubs" at tourist and scenic destinations, where customers pay annual fees plus per-flight charges; the LAV is sold directly to industrial customers, optionally bundled with command-and-control infrastructure; and the CAV is a project-based solutions business targeting government agencies and large operators for applications like firefighting and disaster response. None of the three product lines have generated revenue, and the company carries significant going concern risk. Neo Aeronautics is conducting this IPO as its first public capital raise, targeting roughly US$11.4M in net proceeds to fund development and certifications ahead of its planned 2027 commercial rollout.
