DESCRIPTION

Aigo Holding is a China-headquartered consumer products company that designs and sells lifestyle goods primarily to European consumers under three brands: AIGOSTAR, nobleza, and Taylor Swoden. Its four core product categories are lighting (LED bulbs, floodlights, solar and smart lighting), household appliances (air fryers, kettles, coffee makers, fans, heaters), pet products (food, toys, grooming, and accessories for dogs, cats, and aquarium animals), and electrical products (switches, sockets, plugs, and cameras). Aigo does not manufacture its own products — roughly 90% of goods are sourced from Chinese OEM/ODM manufacturers and shipped to warehouses in China and Europe. Aigo makes money by buying at Chinese wholesale costs and selling at a markup to European retailers and consumers, earning roughly 48% gross margins. Aigo sells through two channels: offline (56% of FY24 revenue), primarily to community stores, supermarkets, and distributors across Europe, and online (44%), primarily through Amazon. A key offline initiative, "Project Falcon," has placed dedicated branded display areas in 4,000+ European stores. Spain and Italy together account for roughly 60% of revenue. Aigo is expanding into IoT-connected products managed via its AigoSmart app, though this remains a small share of revenue. The company is also pursuing geographic expansion into Latin America and Africa, and recently acquired Arteconfort Hoteles, a European appliance and lighting distributor, to deepen its supermarket channel presence.
