Safe Pro Group is a small defense and security technology company built through three operating units: ballistic protective equipment, drone-based services, and AI-powered threat detection software. Safe-Pro USA, the most established unit, manufactures bullet and blast-resistant PPE — body armor, ballistic plates, EOD suits, and bomb blankets — and sells to military, law enforcement, and humanitarian organizations in the U.S. and internationally. Safe-Pro USA holds a GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract and a HUBZone certification, which provide preferential access to U.S. government procurement. Airborne Response provides drone services in Florida, primarily utility infrastructure inspection for customers including Florida Power & Light and a South Florida police department, earning usage-based fees under multi-year contracts. Revenue from Airborne Response is variable, as customers are not obligated to activate the service. Safe Pro AI is the company's earliest-stage but highest-ambition unit, offering AI and machine learning software (branded SpotlightAI and the SPOTD platform) that processes drone imagery to detect landmines and unexploded ordnance. Safe Pro AI has deployed its technology in Ukraine, processing over 2.4 million drone images and identifying over 45,000 explosive threats. The intended model is SaaS-based subscription access, supplemented by edge-computing hardware that bundles the AI software with local processing capability. Safe Pro AI is currently engaged largely on a trial basis while pursuing paid government and military contracts.
