DESCRIPTION

Empro Group is a small Malaysian consumer goods company that sells beauty and healthcare products through its wholly-owned subsidiary, EMP Solution Sdn. Bhd. Empro's core beauty products include a proprietary triangular eyebrow pencil sold under the Empro brand, two newer eyebrow pencil sub-brands (Mios and Premio), and SpaceLift, a skincare water launched in Malaysia in Q1 2024 that quickly became the dominant revenue driver. Empro's healthcare segment sells Aerofit medical face masks featuring patented side-sealing technology, though this segment has declined sharply from its COVID-era peak and is no longer a strategic focus. Empro is a brand owner and distributor, not a manufacturer — it outsources all production to two related-party suppliers in Malaysia and earns revenue by reselling finished products at a markup across its distribution channels. Empro sells through four company-owned retail stores in Malaysian malls, B2B distribution agreements with Watsons and Sasa, and online via Shopee, Lazada, and its own website; online accounts for roughly 15% of sales. Internationally, Empro has exclusive distributor agreements in Hong Kong, India, Singapore, and Scandinavia, and plans to expand SpaceLift to roughly 10 additional countries, including China, the UAE, and the U.S. Empro's growth strategy centers on SpaceLift's international rollout and the launch of the Premio sub-brand targeting Muslim-majority markets, supported by IPO proceeds raised to fund working capital, marketing, and geographic expansion.
