BrilliA is a small lingerie supply chain company operating through two subsidiaries: Bra Pro, a British Virgin Islands-based sales and marketing entity, and PT Mirae Asia Pasifik (MAP), its Indonesia-based design and fulfillment arm. Bra Pro's core business is supplying private-label lingerie and intimate apparel — primarily brassieres, swimsuits, and tops — to major Western brands including Fruit of the Loom, Hanesbrands, Jockey, and H&M. Customers bring product concepts and margin requirements; Bra Pro and MAP handle design, raw material sourcing, prototyping, quality control, and logistics. Actual manufacturing is outsourced to third-party contract manufacturers, primarily in Indonesia, making BrilliA's cost structure largely variable. Orders are fulfilled on a purchase order basis with no long-term contracts, and new customers are acquired primarily through word-of-mouth. BrilliA is also developing DIANA, a DTC lingerie brand launched in Indonesia in late 2024, targeting younger consumers in Southeast Asia via its own website, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee. DIANA is early stage and currently a small portion of revenue. DIANA licenses its trademark from PT Diana Mode Indonesia for an annual royalty of the higher of US$100K or 5% of turnover. BrilliA's growth strategy involves expanding Bra Pro's design team, broadening into adjacent categories like sleepwear and activewear, and scaling DIANA across ASEAN and eventually into Europe.
