DESCRIPTION

ZOOZ Strategy is a small Israeli company that has pivoted from EV charging infrastructure to holding bitcoin as its primary treasury reserve asset. ZOOZ raises capital through equity and debt offerings — primarily private placements to institutional and accredited investors — and deploys those proceeds to accumulate bitcoin on its balance sheet. Since September 2025, ZOOZ has purchased approximately 1,047 bitcoin at an average price of ~$116,446 per bitcoin, for a total investment of ~$121.9M. The company's value is largely tied to its bitcoin holdings and the market's willingness to assign a premium or discount to those holdings relative to net asset value. ZOOZ is also exploring cash-flowing businesses within the digital asset ecosystem to supplement operating cash flow. ZOOZ retains a legacy EV charging business built around the ZOOZTER-100, a flywheel-based kinetic power booster that enables ultra-fast EV charging at sites with limited grid capacity by storing energy in spinning flywheels and rapidly discharging it during charging sessions. ZOOZ halted new legacy product sales in H2 2025 and is exploring strategic alternatives for the flywheel technology, including potential licensing or sale. With only 8 employees, ZOOZ is a very small company that went public in the U.S. via a SPAC merger in April 2024, before pivoting to its current bitcoin treasury model — closely mirroring the approach pioneered by Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy).
