SRIVARU Holding is an early-stage Indian electric motorcycle company. Through its operating subsidiary SRIVARU Motors, the company designs, assembles, and sells premium electric motorcycles under the "Prana" brand. The core product, the Prana-Grand, features an in-wheel direct-drive motor, dual-channel automatic braking, and a built-in charger compatible with standard outlets. SRIVARU positions the Prana-Grand as a premium alternative to mass-market scooters and motorcycles, targeting urban Indian consumers who prioritize performance, safety, and technology. A second variant, the Prana-Elite, is in development. SRIVARU sells through its own customer experience centers, online, and through a dealer network. The company is in a pre-scale stage — it has sold just over 199 units since deliveries began in February 2021, with roughly 12,000 cancellable reservations on hand. Revenue in FY25 was approximately $68K. SRIVARU is investing in vertical integration through a dedicated battery plant and robotic frame welding facility under its SVMF subsidiary to reduce costs and improve quality control. The company does not expect positive operating cash flow before 2026, carries a going concern qualification from its auditors, and had approximately $1.5M in cash as of March 31, 2025. SRIVARU estimates it needs approximately $50.9M in capex by FY26 to hit target production volumes, and is financing growth through equity, including a $25M committed equity financing facility entered in July 2024.
