Nuvini is a Brazilian B2B SaaS roll-up company that acquires, manages, and operates vertical and horizontal software businesses serving SMEs in Brazil. Nuvini's portfolio includes seven companies covering government procurement tenders (Effecti), eyeglass retail ERP (Ipê Digital/ssOtica), cross-vertical retail and distribution ERP (OnClick), B2B e-commerce and sales-force automation (Mercos), digital marketing automation (Leadlovers/Munddi), and data analytics and KYC tools (Datahub). The three largest revenue contributors are Effecti, Ipê Digital, and Mercos. Nuvini serves roughly 22,600 customers, almost entirely Brazilian SMEs, with no single customer accounting for more than 10% of revenue. Nuvini's core model is a software roll-up: acquire niche SaaS companies, centralize back-office functions like accounting, HR, and procurement to improve margins, and allow each subsidiary to operate independently under its own brand. Nuvini targets companies with recurring revenue and low churn, and pursues tuck-in acquisitions to extend each subsidiary's product line. Nuvini has a pending acquisition of 51% of Beyondsoft, a global IT consulting firm, which would add enterprise IT services revenue — project- and headcount-driven rather than subscription-based — and expand Nuvini's footprint to roughly 15 countries. Beyondsoft's top five customers represent approximately 80% of its revenue, introducing significant customer concentration not present in Nuvini's existing portfolio.
