Richtech Robotics designs, manufactures, and deploys robotic systems for commercial and industrial B2B customers across the U.S. On the commercial side, Richtech sells Matradee, a food delivery and bussing robot targeting restaurants, hotels, casinos, and senior living facilities, as well as ADAM and Scorpion, dual-arm and single-arm robots that automate beverage preparation and serve as customer-facing installations in cafés and entertainment venues. On the industrial side, Richtech offers Titan, a heavy-duty autonomous mobile robot for parts transport in automotive dealerships and warehouses; DUST-E, an autonomous floor-cleaning robot in small and large-scale variants; and Dex, a wheeled humanoid robot for light industrial tasks expected to launch in early 2026. Richtech is transitioning from one-time hardware sales to a Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS) model, where customers pay a recurring monthly fee under multi-year contracts bundling hardware, software, and support. Under RaaS, hardware is capitalized and depreciated rather than expensed upfront, which compresses near-term revenue but expands gross margins and builds a recurring revenue base. Richtech also sells proprietary robotic training datasets to AI companies as a standalone Data Services business. Manufacturing uses a hybrid model: subassemblies are produced by OEM partners primarily in China, with final assembly done at Richtech's Las Vegas facility. Richtech operates a small robotics-based restaurant business, Clouffee & Tea, through its Alphamax Management subsidiary.
