CleanCore Solutions makes cleaning devices that generate aqueous ozone — ozone gas infused into tap water — for use as a chemical-free cleaner, sanitizer, and deodorizer. CleanCore's proprietary angle is its nanobubble technology, which produces ozone in the form of extremely small, negatively charged bubbles that stay suspended in water, resulting in higher ozone concentration than larger-bubble competitor systems. CleanCore holds 15 patents covering this technology. The product line includes wall-mounted fill stations, portable caddy units, inline ice machine systems, and commercial laundry units, as well as high-output industrial systems for food processing and similar applications. Target customers are commercial and institutional operators — restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, and building service companies. CleanCore sells hardware devices that generate aqueous ozone on-site, replacing ongoing chemical purchases. This capital-equipment model differs from traditional cleaning product companies, which sell consumable chemicals on a recurring basis. CleanCore's value proposition is that aqueous ozone costs less over time than chemical cleaners, reduces labor time, and causes less skin and respiratory irritation. CleanCore is shifting from distributor sales toward direct sales to large national accounts; its largest customer, KBS, a national building services company, accounted for 42% of FY25 revenue. CleanCore has a small manufacturing operation in Omaha, Nebraska, with 15 employees. In April 2025, CleanCore acquired Irish company Sanzonate's assets for $2.475M to establish a European presence through its subsidiary CleanCore Global.
