Fuxing China, branded as "3F," is a China-based manufacturer of zippers and zipper components, operating primarily in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province. Fuxing produces nylon, plastic, and metal zipper chains and zipper sliders, selling them to apparel, footwear, bag, luggage, and camping equipment manufacturers across China. Nylon zipper chains are the most popular product given their lower cost and versatility. Fuxing's customers are primarily other Chinese manufacturers and trading companies that export to Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia. End products made with Fuxing zippers include goods sold by brands such as Anta, LiNing, Samsonite, and Northpole China. Fuxing operates through three segments: Zippers (~64% of revenue), Trading (~28%), and Processing (~8%). The Trading segment, run through Hong Kong subsidiary Fook Hing Trading, wholesales textile raw materials like rubber thread and nylon yarn, and is a low-margin intermediary business whose share of revenue has been declining. The Processing segment provides dyeing, electroplating, and yarn production services. Fuxing argues that vertical integration — manufacturing its own monofilament lines, fabric tapes, and threads in-house, and handling dyeing and electroplating internally — is a key cost advantage. The company takes made-to-order custom orders with lead times of one to two weeks. Fuxing sells through a direct sales force across key manufacturing provinces and does not use long-term contracts. The company is planning a new factory in Jinjiang City, partly funded by a planned Nasdaq IPO.
