DESCRIPTION

GlobalTech is a Nevada-based holding company with two core operating businesses: WorldCALL, a publicly traded Pakistani telecom operator in which GlobalTech holds ~55%, and Moda in Pelle, a UK women's footwear retailer acquired in December 2025. WorldCALL operates two primary businesses: a Long Distance & International (LDI) voice interconnect service that terminates international calls into Pakistan from the diaspora in the Middle East, UK, and North America, and a broadband/cable TV subscription business serving residential and business customers primarily in Lahore and Karachi. WorldCALL owns ~1,900 km of metro fiber across 20 cities and has an additional 4,500 km of long-haul fiber it expects to activate, giving it a structural cost advantage over competitors that lease fiber. WorldCALL has ~128,000 broadband subscribers and ~490,000 cable TV subscribers. Moda in Pelle, founded in 1975, sells premium-to-mid-market footwear and accessories to women aged roughly 30–55 through ~39 UK retail locations and a direct-to-consumer e-commerce site, with revenue roughly split evenly between physical and digital channels. The flagship Moda in Pelle brand generates ~70% of revenues, with several sub-brands covering adjacent segments. GlobalTech also operates a nascent technology services business, primarily through WorldCALL's software team, with a pipeline of products targeting U.S. banks, compliance/AML screening, retail ERP, and sports league management, most targeting commercial launch in 2026.
