DESCRIPTION

Innovation Beverage Group (IBG) is a small Australian beverage company that develops, manufactures, and sells alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from its distillery in Seven Hills, NSW. IBG's core business is the Australian Bitters Company (ABC) brand, which accounts for roughly 98% of IBG's revenue. Bitters are concentrated botanical spirits used as cocktail ingredients, and IBG manufactures ABC bitters at its Sydney facility. IBG sells ABC almost entirely to Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), Australia's largest beverage distributor, under a long-term manufacturing agreement running through 2033. CCEP handles distribution across Australia, and IBG retains export rights for ABC outside Australia. Bitters is a high-margin product for IBG—raw material costs are low and, unlike dark spirits, bitters require no barrel aging. Beyond ABC, IBG manages a portfolio of secondary brands including Drummerboy, a non-alcoholic spirits brand sold direct-to-consumer, and Twisted Shaker, a pre-batched bottled cocktail brand, among others. IBG's growth strategy is focused on building its owned brands internationally, particularly in the U.S., where IBG formed IBG USA in October 2024 and has secured distribution agreements with Republic National Distribution Company in select states, along with a nationwide sales and marketing agreement with Blue Ridge Wine & Spirits.
