SuperX AI Technology is a BVI-incorporated holding company running two distinct businesses. The legacy business, operated through OPS Interior Design Consultant in Hong Kong, provides interior design, fit-out, and maintenance services to residential and commercial clients. OPS HK manages projects and quality control while outsourcing physical construction to subcontractors, earning a margin on the difference between client fees and subcontractor costs. The business is relationship-driven, with most revenue coming from repeat clients and referrals, and is small and concentrated — the top five clients represented roughly 85% of revenue in FY25. Since June 2025, SuperX has been pivoting toward designing, assembling, and selling high-performance AI servers under the SuperX brand, targeting enterprises, hyperscalers, cloud providers, and research institutions. The flagship products are the XN9160-B200 and XN9160-B300 AI servers, powered by NVIDIA's Blackwell-generation GPUs. SuperX operates as an ODM — it designs the servers and contracts out fabrication to third-party manufacturers. SuperX has also assembled a portfolio of early-stage JVs covering data center power systems, liquid cooling, and AI infrastructure services, with the goal of becoming a full-stack AI infrastructure provider. Longer term, SuperX aims to shift from one-time hardware sales toward a GPU-as-a-Service recurring revenue model. The AI infrastructure business is intended to become the primary revenue driver, funded primarily through equity private placements to institutional investors rather than operating cash flow.
