DeFi Technologies is a Canadian-listed holding company that connects traditional capital markets to the digital asset ecosystem. Its core business is Valour, a wholly-owned subsidiary that issues and lists exchange-traded products (ETPs) on regulated stock exchanges in Europe and Brazil, including Deutsche Börse Xetra, Euronext, the London Stock Exchange, and B3. These ETPs give retail and institutional investors exposure to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and over 100 other digital assets through standard brokerage accounts, without requiring direct custody. Valour generates revenue in two ways: annual management fees of 1.9%–2.5% on most ETPs (with Bitcoin and Ethereum offered at zero fee to attract AUM), and yield from staking and lending the underlying digital assets held to hedge ETP positions, targeting 70%+ of AUM staked at roughly 3%–4% annual yield. AUM stood at approximately $989M at the end of Q3 2025. Beyond Valour, DeFi Technologies operates DeFi Alpha, a trading desk focused on digital asset arbitrage and structured deals with blockchain protocols; Stillman Digital, an OTC digital asset liquidity provider that has processed over $15B in cumulative volume; Reflexivity Research, a digital asset research and media business; and a Ventures portfolio of early-stage digital asset investments anchored by a ~5% stake in AMINA Bank, a FINMA-regulated Swiss crypto bank. DeFi Technologies listed on Nasdaq in 2025 and is pursuing geographic expansion of ETP listings into Singapore, the UAE, Kenya, and potentially the U.S.
