DESCRIPTION

Mobile Global Esports (branded as MOGO) is an early-stage, pre-revenue company developing technology platforms for skill-based fantasy sports and digital entertainment. The core product concept centers on fantasy sports experiences where users manage virtual sports organizations — going beyond conventional draft formats into what MOGO describes as "direct team ownership." MOGO's two primary technology assets under development are the Dominus scoring engine, a proprietary data-driven scoring system for fantasy sports with a beta evaluation targeted for 2026, and the PUHZL behavioral-logic engine, a personalization system designed to tailor the user experience based on individual behavior. MOGO also acquired the assets of Reality Sports Online, a fantasy sports operator with over 7,500 active seasonal participants and a database of over 40,000 email records, intended to seed an initial user base. The intended business model involves monetizing fantasy sports platforms through user participation fees and advertising-supported content channels, with ad monetization planned for evaluation in 2026. MOGO does not currently generate material revenues and is burning cash, with approximately $573K in cash on hand as of December 31, 2025. The company has been funding operations through equity and debt issuances, carrying material dilution risk for existing stockholders, and will require additional financing to continue operations.
