DESCRIPTION

Nexera Technologies is an Israel-based company operating two businesses: an Amazon e-commerce operation and an early-stage homeland security (HLS) systems integration business. The e-commerce business generates essentially all current revenue, selling consumer products through Amazon's FBA model across the U.S. and U.K. The company's core product is pest control items sold under the Fort brand in the U.K., which accounts for roughly two-thirds of total revenue. Smaller Amazon stores sell knife sharpening sets, darts, pet products, and children's goods. The business model involves using data analytics to identify attractive product opportunities on Amazon, sourcing products from third-party manufacturers, and optimizing placement within Amazon's search algorithm to drive organic traffic with minimal paid marketing. In early 2025, the company acquired Pure Logistics, a New Jersey logistics center that supports its own supply chain and generates third-party logistics revenue. The HLS business, operated through the KeepZone subsidiary, acts as a distributor and integrator of defense and security technologies developed by Israeli and other defense tech companies, targeting government agencies, militaries, and critical infrastructure operators across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. KeepZone does not develop its own products and had not generated revenue as of year-end 2025. The company rebranded from Jeffs' Brands to Nexera Technologies in early 2026, reflecting its pivot toward HLS, though the e-commerce business remains the sole source of current cash flow.
