Stran & Company is a promotional products distributor and outsourced marketing solutions provider. Stran sources branded physical goods — wearables, drinkware, tech items, and event materials — from third-party manufacturers and resells them to corporate clients at a markup, bundled with value-added services including custom e-commerce storefronts, inventory management, fulfillment, and creative design support. Stran does not manufacture anything; it acts as a program manager and distributor. The majority of Stran's revenue comes from "program clients" — companies with ongoing, often multi-year contractual relationships — rather than one-off orders. Stran serves over 2,000 active customers, including more than 30 Fortune 500 companies, across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, gaming, finance, and manufacturing. Stran operates two segments: its core promotional products business and Stran Loyalty Solutions (SLS), acquired in August 2024, which focuses on loyalty and incentive programs primarily in casino gaming and hospitality. SLS runs at a lower gross margin than the core business, diluting overall company margins.
