DESCRIPTION

Enfusion sells cloud-native, SaaS investment management software to hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and other institutional investors. The platform covers the full investment lifecycle — portfolio management, order and execution management, accounting, analytics, and reporting — all running on a single dataset and codebase, serving as a central operating system for clients' investment operations. Enfusion's core differentiator is that it was purpose-built as a multi-tenant, cloud-native platform from day one, meaning all clients share one codebase and infrastructure, allowing Enfusion to push weekly updates to every client simultaneously — avoiding the version fragmentation and costly upgrade cycles common with legacy competitors. Revenue is over 99% recurring subscription fees, structured around per-seat, connectivity, market data, and managed services fees. Contracts typically run two to three years with auto-renewal. Enfusion grows revenue through new client additions ("front book") and organic expansion within the existing base ("back book"), including adding users, modules, and broker connections. As of Q3 2024, Enfusion had 894 clients with an average ACV of $229K and crossed $200M in ARR. Enfusion is actively moving upmarket toward larger institutional asset managers, which carry higher ACVs and greater upsell potential. Product expansion efforts include the Portfolio Workbench tool for front-to-back portfolio construction, private markets capabilities, and a third-party marketplace model. Geographically, roughly 62% of revenue comes from the Americas, with EMEA being the fastest-growing region.
