Software Healthcare Providers & Services

DESCRIPTION

VSee Health operates two businesses: a telehealth software platform (VSee Lab) and a tech-enabled physician staffing business for ICUs (iDoc). VSee Lab sells a modular, configurable telehealth platform to U.S. hospitals and healthcare enterprises on a SaaS basis. The platform covers virtual visits, patient intake, scheduling, remote patient monitoring, billing, and analytics, and is designed so clinicians can configure workflows themselves without IT support using a "no code / low code" interface. VSee Lab integrates with major EMR systems like Epic and Cerner. iDoc provides remote ICU coverage staffed by a network of roughly 93 board-certified intensivists in neurology, cardiac care, and pulmonary/critical care — targeting smaller and rural hospitals that cannot adequately staff ICUs in-house. iDoc also provides specialty e-consultation services to the Federal Bureau of Prisons across more than 14 specialties. The two businesses have distinct revenue models: VSee Lab generates recurring SaaS subscription revenue driven by customer count, module adoption, and usage scale, while iDoc operates more like a recurring professional services business, billing hospitals directly for physician coverage and billing government and commercial insurers for patient care. iDoc uses VSee Lab's telehealth infrastructure, making the two businesses operationally complementary. VSee Health sells through a direct sales force segmented by customer type, and its growth strategy centers on physician and nurse shortages driving demand for remote care delivery.
