Dynamic Aerospace Systems (DAS) is an early-stage UAV manufacturer and autonomous logistics company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. DAS was formed through the 2025 acquisition of UAV assets from Alpine 4 Holdings, including Vayu, Impossible Aerospace, and Global Autonomous Corporation, giving DAS three core drone platforms: the US-1 electric multicopter (70+ min endurance, 3 kg payload), the G1 hybrid VTOL long-range drone (up to 11 hours endurance), and the Mitigator, a ruggedized tactical drone for law enforcement and ISR. DAS targets commercial, public safety, and government customers. DAS also operates Dynamic Deliveries, a division building an autonomous mesh logistics network for last-mile aerial delivery. DAS plans to generate revenue through direct UAV hardware sales, a Drone-as-a-Service subscription model, logistics network fees, custom payload integration services, and government contracts. As of the filing, DAS has not generated material revenue and has 13 full-time employees. The company is pursuing FAA Part 135 air carrier certification for domestic drone delivery operations, and is working with Dubai's Civil Aviation Authority toward BVLOS approval in the UAE. DAS also holds an MOU with Drops Smart Hubs to deploy delivery infrastructure across European cities.
