DESCRIPTION

Aspire Biopharma is an early-stage biopharmaceutical company built around a patent-pending sublingual (under-the-tongue) drug delivery platform, which allows drugs to absorb directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the GI tract. Aspire has no FDA-approved products and no meaningful pharmaceutical revenue. Its lead product is a high-dose sublingual aspirin ("Instaprin") designed for emergency use in suspected heart attacks, with the clinical argument that sublingual delivery produces faster platelet inhibition and avoids GI side effects compared to standard oral aspirin. A July 2025 clinical trial supported this rationale. Aspire plans a follow-on trial with roughly 32 volunteers in summer 2026, then intends to file a 505(b)(2) NDA — a regulatory pathway that lets applicants rely on existing safety and efficacy data for the active ingredient, reducing time and cost to approval. If approved, Aspire plans to sell Instaprin directly to U.S. hospitals and specialty physicians, or out-license it to a larger partner in exchange for upfront payments, milestones, and royalties. Beyond aspirin, Aspire has early-stage formulations for melatonin, vitamins, ED medication, anti-nausea drugs, alprazolam, clopidogrel, and semaglutide — all using the same sublingual platform. The only product currently generating commercial sales is Buzz Bomb, a sublingual caffeine supplement sold in fitness and retail channels. Manufacturing is fully outsourced to contract manufacturers. Aspire has been funding operations through convertible debt and equity raises, including an $11M Series A Convertible Preferred Stock offering in February 2026.
