DESCRIPTION

BullFrog AI is an early-stage, pre-revenue company that uses AI and machine learning to improve drug development outcomes. The core idea is that most drugs fail in clinical trials not because they don't work, but because trials aren't designed to identify the right patient populations. BullFrog AI's central platform, bfLEAP™, analyzes complex clinical and preclinical datasets to find hidden patterns and identify patient subgroups most likely to respond to a given therapy. The platform was originally derived from technology developed at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. BullFrog AI pursues two parallel business tracks. First, it offers bfLEAP™ and related tools as a fee-for-service analytics platform to pharma and biotech companies. Second, it licenses failed or early-stage drug candidates from universities, applies bfLEAP™ to define the optimal patient population, runs targeted clinical trials with partners, and then sells the asset to a larger pharma company. Current licensed drug assets include mebendazole formulations for glioblastoma and an siRNA candidate for liver disease. BullFrog AI does not intend to commercialize drugs itself; the goal is to de-risk assets and divest them before late-stage commercialization. The company has 9 full-time employees, operates virtually, and is funded through equity raises. No drug candidate developed using bfLEAP™ has received regulatory approval, and the company currently faces potential Nasdaq delisting due to non-compliance with minimum stockholders' equity and minimum bid price requirements.
