Inspirato is a private luxury travel club that gives members access to a curated portfolio of roughly 350 managed vacation homes and accommodations at over 220 luxury hotel and resort partners across more than 180 destinations. What sets Inspirato apart from vacation rental platforms is its service layer: every trip includes pre-trip planning, on-site concierge service, and daily housekeeping, with properties outfitted and maintained to the club's standards. Inspirato sells memberships directly to affluent individuals through its own sales force, website, and app, serving roughly 11,000-12,000 members. The flagship product, Inspirato Club, charges an enrollment fee plus annual dues, with members-only nightly rates on top — similar to a country club model. Inspirato also offers Pass, an all-inclusive subscription now repositioned around last-minute flexible inventory, and Invited, a premium tier launched in 2024 with a ~$150,000 upfront fee for ten years of access at a fixed nightly rate. Revenue comes from two streams: subscription fees (enrollment and dues) and travel revenue (nightly rates).
