Starguide Group is a shell company operating as a SaaS incubator, with one active subsidiary: Live Lead Tech, a London-based cloud software company. Live Lead Tech's core product, LiveLead, helps businesses capture leads through social sign-up — instead of manual form entry, website visitors opt in with a single click using an existing social media account (Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, or Twitter), and their contact information is automatically pushed to the business's CRM or email marketing tool. Businesses can deploy opt-in links, buttons, or QR codes on websites, emails, or social media. LiveLead targets SMBs in real estate, e-commerce, education, and healthcare that want to grow email lists and sales pipelines without developer resources. LiveLead sells subscriptions priced by the number of opt-in links and lead volume, and also offers a "done-for-you" tier where LiveLead handles setup and CRM sync on the client's behalf. Additional revenue comes from affiliate commissions and potential white-label reseller accounts. LiveLead evolved from an earlier product called Boost, a social opt-in tool sold as one-time licenses on AppSumo, and is transitioning to recurring subscription revenue. Starguide itself was originally a Nevada-incorporated distributor of Indian arts and crafts that never generated revenue, and was redirected toward SaaS incubation after a change in control in 2022. Starguide acquired 80% of Live Lead Tech's parent for $16,000 and says it is actively seeking additional SaaS acquisitions.
