Tiltan Software Engineering develops defense software including GPS-denied navigation tools, physics-based sensor simulation platforms, and AI training data generation tools, primarily for Israeli defense primes and government agencies. ITS Industrial Tecno-logic Solutions builds custom electro-mechanical machines and assembly lines for defense and industrial customers; its subsidiary Positech manufactures precision direct-drive servo motion control systems — the motorized pedestals and turrets used in radar, camera, and weapon platforms — for IAI and Rafael. Zorronet develops AI-based perimeter security software that layers autonomously over existing cameras and sensors, with active projects at Elbit and Rafael. T3's strategy is to acquire undercapitalized Tier 2/3 defense suppliers with enterprise values under $200M, provide capital and management, and grow them organically and through bolt-on acquisitions. T3 finances deals primarily through promissory notes and equity issuances to sellers.
