DESCRIPTION

Acrivon Therapeutics is a clinical-stage oncology company developing precision cancer medicines, built around the thesis that genetics-based patient selection fails the vast majority of cancer patients. Instead of identifying patients by tumor mutations, Acrivon uses its proprietary AP3 (Acrivon Predictive Precision Proteomics) platform, which uses mass spectrometry to directly measure protein signaling activity inside tumor cells, enabling drug-specific prediction of which patients will respond to treatment. The lead asset, ACR-368 (prexasertib), is a CHK1/2 inhibitor in-licensed from Eli Lilly, currently in a Phase 2b registrational-intent trial in endometrial cancer across multiple arms, including a monotherapy arm restricted to patients identified as likely responders by Acrivon's OncoSignature companion diagnostic test. The second asset, ACR-2316, is an internally discovered dual WEE1/PKMYT1 inhibitor in Phase 1, and a third candidate, ACR-6840, is a CDK11 inhibitor in preclinical development. Acrivon recently built an in-house CLIA-certified lab to run OncoSignature testing, giving it full control over companion diagnostic development. The company is pre-revenue, funding operations through capital raises with the goal of achieving FDA approval — potentially via accelerated approval — and commercializing drugs alongside their companion diagnostics. Longer-term, Acrivon aims to expand the AP3 platform across additional drug classes and potentially license the platform or co-develop programs with larger pharma partners.
