Snow Lake Resources is a pre-revenue Canadian junior mining company focused on uranium exploration. Snow Lake holds two primary exploration assets: the Pine Ridge Uranium Project, a 50/50 joint venture with Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited in Wyoming's Powder River Basin, and the Engo Valley Uranium Project in Namibia. Pine Ridge covers approximately 15,130 hectares and uses ISR (in-situ recovery), a method where uranium is dissolved underground and pumped to the surface without conventional excavation. A drill program of approximately 38,000 meters began at Pine Ridge in July 2025. Engo Valley covers approximately 69,530 hectares and is in Phase 2 drilling, targeting a maiden resource estimate. Snow Lake also holds a minority stake in Kadmos Energy Services, a startup designing small modular reactors, as well as minority positions in several junior mining companies. Snow Lake has one employee and relies entirely on contractors. The company originally focused on lithium exploration before pivoting to uranium in early 2024 following weak lithium market conditions. Snow Lake generates no revenue and depends entirely on capital markets to fund operations, having raised capital through equity offerings. If projects advance, Snow Lake's intended business model is to sell uranium concentrate under long-term offtake agreements with nuclear utilities — the standard model in uranium mining.
