DESCRIPTION

Endeavor is a global sports and entertainment company built around three core activities: owning sports properties, managing live events and media rights, and representing talent and brands. Its most valuable asset is a majority stake in TKO Group Holdings, which houses UFC, the premier MMA organization, and WWE, the leading sports entertainment brand. TKO generates revenue through long-term media rights deals with broadcasters and streamers, live event ticket sales, pay-per-view, brand partnerships, and IP licensing. Endeavor also owns PBR, the top professional bull riding organization. Beyond owned sports, Endeavor operates WME, one of the world's largest talent agencies, representing actors, musicians, athletes, and content creators across film, TV, music, and more — earning commissions on deals negotiated for clients. A third business, Events, Experiences & Rights, manages live events like the Miami Open and Madrid Open, sells premium hospitality packages around marquee events (Super Bowl, Olympics) through On Location, and distributes media rights for over 150 rights holders globally including the IOC, ATP, NHL, and FIFA. Endeavor is in the process of going private via a Silver Lake buyout, and is simultaneously consolidating its premium sports and live experience assets into TKO. Endeavor is also selling non-core assets, including IMG Academy and its sports betting technology business.
