Paranovus Entertainment Technology is a Cayman Islands holding company that operates two early-stage U.S. businesses. The first, BW (acquired in March 2025 for $22.4M for a 51% stake), operates through two subsidiaries — Bomie US in New Jersey and WooKoo in Texas — and sells products directly on TikTok Shop while also providing e-commerce enablement services to third-party merchants. These services include livestream operations, influencer sourcing, and ad placement, with BW generating revenue through direct product sales (leather goods and sportswear) and service fees.
