DESCRIPTION

IN8bio is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing gamma-delta T cell therapies and T cell engagers (TCEs) for cancer and autoimmune diseases. Gamma-delta T cells are a naturally occurring immune cell type that can broadly target heterogeneous tumors using multiple receptor systems, and are thought to carry a lower risk of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) than conventional CAR-T therapies. IN8bio's core platform, DeltEx, covers the expansion, engineering, and manufacturing of gamma-delta T cells at clinical scale. The pipeline includes three programs: INB-100, an allogeneic (donor-derived) gamma-delta T cell therapy for leukemia patients post-stem cell transplant; INB-200/INB-400, autologous (patient-derived) gamma-delta T cells engineered to be chemotherapy-resistant for glioblastoma, delivered directly into the tumor cavity; and INB-619/INB-600, a CD19-targeting TCE designed to deplete B cells for blood cancers and autoimmune diseases like lupus, with an IND submission targeted for 2027. IN8bio has no approved products and no revenue. The company funds operations through equity issuances and had $27M in cash as of December 31, 2025, which management estimates will fund operations only through April 2027. Manufacturing is outsourced to third-party contract manufacturers, and IN8bio has just 17 employees. The company's path to revenue depends on clinical success, FDA approval, and either building a targeted U.S. sales force or partnering with larger companies for broader markets.
