DESCRIPTION

Concrete Pumping Holdings (CPH) provides concrete pumping services and concrete waste management services in the U.S. and U.K. The core business is concrete pumping (~81% of revenue), where CPH deploys truck-mounted boom pumps to place ready-mix concrete on construction job sites. CPH does not take ownership of the concrete itself — it charges customers on a time and volume basis (per hour and per cubic yard pumped), with no fixed-bid contracts. CPH operates under the Brundage-Bone brand in the U.S. and Camfaud in the U.K., with a combined fleet of roughly 1,370 units across over 130 locations. The remaining ~19% of U.S. revenue comes from concrete waste management under the Eco-Pan brand, a route-based service that delivers watertight pans to job sites, collects them post-use, and disposes of concrete washout waste in a compliant manner. Eco-Pan benefits from route density economics and cross-sells naturally into CPH's existing pumping customer base. CPH's customers are general and concrete contractors across commercial, residential, and infrastructure end markets. The business is highly fragmented on the competitive side, and CPH argues it is the only national-scale concrete pumping operator in the U.S. CPH grows through bolt-on acquisitions in concrete pumping and organic expansion of Eco-Pan into new markets. Profitability is driven primarily by fleet utilization — the equipment fleet is largely a fixed cost, so margins are sensitive to construction activity levels.
