DESCRIPTION

NAPC Defense is an early-stage defense and security company focused on selling and distributing weapons systems, personal protective equipment, and munitions to military, law enforcement, and government customers. The company was originally incorporated in 2016 as a treasure and shipwreck recovery business and pivoted to defense in early 2024, fully exiting its original business in April 2025. NAPC Defense's primary product is the CornerShot, a firearms platform licensed from Silver Shadow of Israel that allows operators to fire around corners from a protected position. NAPC Defense acquired distribution rights for the CornerShot — both domestically to U.S. law enforcement and internationally, primarily to Saudi Arabia — through an acquisition from Native American Pride Constructors. Beyond CornerShot, the company intends to distribute personal ballistic protection equipment, small arms, and broker large-scale munitions sales to U.S.-approved allies through State Department channels. NAPC Defense currently has no meaningful revenue and no established production infrastructure. Its near-term prospects are heavily dependent on a single potential transaction — a letter of intent from the Saudi Ministry of Defense for approximately 37,000 CornerShot units — which has not yet closed and was inherited secondhand through the Native American Pride Constructors deal. The company's stated growth strategy is to close the Saudi contract, use it as a reference sale to open additional international markets, and expand into adjacent product categories including suppressors, armored vehicles, and new small arms technologies.
